Advisor Support

We’re seeking a new team member to join our Private Wealth Team in an Adviser Support role in our Wagga or Goulburn office.

This is a broad support role that goes beyond administration. As an Adviser Support team member, you will play an important part in delivering high‑quality financial advice by supporting our advisers across client management, compliance, and operational.>

Responsibilities

• Preparing advice documents and supporting materials.
• Assisting with paraplanning tasks such as research, modelling, and preparation of SOA/ROA components (depending on experience).
• Managing client data and maintaining accurate records.
• Coordinating appointments and supporting the end‑to‑end advice process.
• Ensuring high standards of organisation, compliance, and client service.
