Role Purpose

Role Purpose: Supports the assets, site management and key stakeholders in tailings and water storage facility management projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Works with the team in supporting assets to ensure that the designs are implemented appropriately and communicates various site management and external stakeholders
• Reviews and monitors data to ensure that the facilities are performing as expected and escalates and provides recommendations based on current practices, procedures and technical precedents.
• Works collaboratively with Mine and Plant Operations to ensure optimised plans.
• Occasionally provides informal guidance and coaching to new engineers and technicians on site.
