We’re Hiring | AEM Backend Developer
Location: Pune – B3 (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹11.50 LPA (Fixed)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services
- Implement features using Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, JCR, and core AEM frameworks
- Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate HTML, CSS, and Java Script into AEM components
- Work with REST APIs for integrations within AEM
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Author, Publish, and Dispatcher
- Assist in deployments, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies
- Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and performance standards
Required Skills
- Strong experience in AEM Backend Development
- Hands-on with OSGi, Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, JCR
- Knowledge of Dispatcher configuration and caching
- Experience with Maven, Git, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
- Understanding of AEM authoring, workflows, content fragments, and assets
⭐ Good to Have
- Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaa CS)
- Experience with Java Script / React / Angular or SPA Editor
- Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification
