We’re Hiring | AEM Backend Developer
Location: Pune – B3 (Work from Office)
Experience: 3–5 Years
CTC: ₹11.50 LPA (Fixed)
Position: 1
Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and OSGi services
Implement features using Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, JCR , and core AEM frameworks
Collaborate with frontend teams to integrate HTML, CSS, and Java Script into AEM components
Work with REST APIs for integrations within AEM
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Author, Publish, and Dispatcher
Assist in deployments, code reviews , and Agile ceremonies
Ensure adherence to AEM best practices and performance standards
Required Skills Strong experience in AEM Backend Development
Hands-on with OSGi, Sling Models, HTL/Sightly, JCR
Knowledge of Dispatcher configuration and caching
Experience with Maven, Git , and CI/CD tools (Jenkins)
Understanding of AEM authoring, workflows, content fragments, and assets
⭐ Good to Have Exposure to AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaa CS)
Experience with Java Script / React / Angular or SPA Editor
Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) certification
