AEM Forms Developer – Job Description

We are looking minimum 5 years of experience in AEM Forms Development, skilled in building and integrating AEM OSGi Adaptive Forms and form-related services.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AEM Forms Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade AEM OSGi Adaptive Forms and document workflows. The ideal candidate will build foundational form components, enable business authoring, integrate with backend systems via FDM/REST , and support AEM Cloud Service migrations. This role involves hands-on development with XDP , LiveCycle , AEM Workflows , Adobe Sign , and Cloud configurations across environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Adaptive Forms , foundational components, fragments, themes, and editable templates.
• Integrate forms using XML, XSD, JSON, FDM , and RESTful web services for prefill and submission.
• Create and maintain XDP forms and work with Adobe LiveCycle Designer (static/dynamic forms).
• Build OSGi bundles , custom submissions, and AEM Workflows .
• Integrate forms with Adobe Sign and configure reCAPTCHA and other cloud services.
• Work with AEM Cloud Service and support migration from AEM 6.5 → AEMaaCS .
• Manage AEM Forms Cloud configurations (FDM, Adobe Sign, Google reCAPTCHA, Adobe Fonts).
