AEM Forms Solution Architect

Job Position: AEM Forms – Lead

Job Type: C2H (Contract to Hire)

Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Greater Noida,

Experience: 7+ to 12+ Years

Technical Responsibilities

- Mandatory Skill – AEM Forms, Adaptive Forms (AEM Forms experience should not be less than 4 Years)

- Design and develop Adaptive Forms using AEM Forms.

- Develop and manage Form Data Models (FDM) and integrate forms with backend systems.

- Optimize performance of Adaptive Forms using features such as Lazy Loading.

- Implement logical structuring and ensure reusability of form artifacts using Fragments.

- Ensure best practices in AEM Forms development and deployment.

Leadership & Process Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor the team on technology and technical solutions.

- Participate actively in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and solution design support.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Non-Technical Skills (Must-Have)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – MUST

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams – MUST

- Solid experience working in SDLC environments – MUST

- High communication proficiency (verbal and written)

- Ability to handle urgent requirements and tight timelines
