 Minimum 8 years’ experience in AEM based development (preferably B2C websites like media, ecommerce etc).

 Experience in mentoring, guiding, leading teams technically and collaborate with technical architects

 Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development, including custom workflows, servlets, and OSGi services.

 Understanding of web performance optimization techniques, including caching strategies and content delivery networks (CDNs).

 Strong experience with Java and related backend technologies.

 Knowledge of RESTful APIs, AWS services, MySQL database and integrating third-party services with AEM.

 Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.

Other desirable skills/ characteristics

 Develop and Deploy applications on cloud with ability to debug hosting related issues

 Willingness to travel – domestic / international

 Knowledge of ISMS principles and best practices
