Job Description

This role focuses on delivering business value to drive sales, improve efficiency, and improve customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. Sr. Engineering Managers lead balanced teams of AEM engineers and designers to deliver best-in-class Brandsite experience to our customers. Sr. Engineering Managers support in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization and support cross-functional product teams. They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating innovative ideas for growth, change management) and at the tactical level (analyzing data, solving problems, being a force multiplier and leader of their teams). 

This is a hybrid role in Chennai, India.


  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent work experience 
  • 7+ years of AEM experience including hands-on development and troubleshooting of software systems
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams sizes of 10+ developers preferably those with .com software delivery, AEM, React, Akamai and similar skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in AEM cloud implementation and migration and/or management

  • AEM Cloud migration expertise
  • Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting of software systems
  • Experience in leading .com software delivery, with Adobe Experience Manager, React, Akamai, API and similar skills 
  • Understanding of clean code practices
  • Solid knowledge of Git, bug tracking software (Jira or other), peer reviews, and other development tools
  • Experience in driving organizations and executing large projects
  • Strong documentation and writing skills
