Genesis10 is currently seeking an AEM Support Engineer/Production Support with our client in the financial industry located in Pennington, NJ. This is a 12+ month contract position.


Responsibilities: 
  • AEM and Sparta support; cross platform coordination; legacy CSS publishing; WCAG 2.1/2.2 compliance; weekly URL redirects; certificate management; Akamai caching/purges/traffic oversight
  • Platform patching; incident response; production support (author/publish); dispatcher and web server config (non dev); monitoring and performance checks; routine maintenance
  • Support publishing teams; non dev content updates; site readiness and upkeep; cross-platform content coordination
  • Splunk logging; Dynatrace APM/synthetics; Catchpoint; IIS log review; web performance checks; Akamai monitoring
