Solutioning Design Lead functional solutioning efforts for AEM implementations ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience standards. Collaborate with architects and UX teams to design scalable maintainable AEM solutions Provide guidance on AEM best practices including content modelling workflows and personalization strategies Functional Analysis Documentation. Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories Conduct gap analysis and recommend enhancements or new features within AEM.
