Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Architect / MarTech Solutions Architect


Overview:

A leading financial services organization is looking for an AEP/MarTech Architect to design and guide the implementation of enterprise-grade marketing technology solutions. The architect will own the solution design for Adobe Experience Platform and its integrations, ensuring data, activation, and personalization capabilities are delivered at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) across data ingestion, identity stitching, segmentation, and activation.

  • Architect integrations between AEP and surrounding MarTech ecosystem tools (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Journey Optimizer, CDPs, analytics platforms, mobile/omni-channel systems).

  • Translate marketing and data requirements into scalable technical architectures, data models, and operational workflows.

  • Define governance, standards, and best practices for AEP data schemas, consent/privacy handling, identity management, and audience activation.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Data Engineering, Security, and Digital teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and high-quality delivery.

  • Support implementation teams through sprint planning, story refinement, and technical oversight.

  • Provide hands-on guidance around AEP capabilities—Realtime CDP, Journey Optimizer, Tags, and Edge Network—and ensure proper configuration and adoption.

  • Optimize data flows, improve performance, and troubleshoot complex MarTech integration challenges.

  • Contribute to roadmap planning and provide architecture leadership for future MarTech expansions.

  • Required Qualifications:

  • + years in MarTech architecture, data-driven marketing, or enterprise digital technology roles.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), including Realtime CDP, AJO, and AEP data architecture.

  • Deep understanding of data modeling, event schemas, ingestion pipelines, identity graphs, and audience segmentation.

  • Experience integrating Adobe stack components with enterprise data sources, APIs, cloud platforms, and customer-facing channels.

  • Solid grasp of personalization strategies, event-based journeys, experimentation, and customer lifecycle design.

  • Strong knowledge of privacy/consent regulations and enterprise governance (PIPEDA, Law , WCAG).

  • Proven ability to lead architecture across cross-functional stakeholders—Marketing, Data, Engineering, and Security.

  • Comfortable working in agile, multi-team environments with offshore/nearshore resources.

  • Bonus: experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
