Aerospace Structures Engineer

Are you a stress engineer tired of being a small cog in a big machine?

We are recruiting for a fast-moving aerospace innovator in Adelaide. They are scaling up for production and need a practical Aerospace Structures Engineer ready to step into a Team Lead role.

You won't just be running FEA models in the dark. You will guide a small team of junior engineers, perform hand calculations, and work directly with the manufacturing floor to get parts built.

The Role:

This is a hands-on technical role with some leadership responsibility. You will act as the Technical Lead for the structures team, reporting to the Senior Engineering Management.

Your job is to bridge the gap between design and reality. You will ensure your team’s designs are sound, manufacturable, and verified quickly using first principles.
