Visa Requirement: USC Salary: $100k/ per year Location: Tallassee, Alabama Aerostructures Design Engineer Key Skills – Design Wing structures, wing assemblies Composite materials: CFRP / Carbon Fiber Tools: CATIA V5, CPD, Siemens NX, Teamcenter, PLM Qualification & Skills Degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering 4–8 years of experience in composite and/or metallic aircraft structural design Strong knowledge of primary and secondary aero structures (Wing, Fuselage, Empennage) Experience in CATIA V5 (NX / 3DX preferred) and PLM tools (Windchill, 3DX) Composite design experience using CPD and/or FiberSim preferred Key Responsibilities Detailed design and development of wing, fuselage, and empennage structures Support production, manufacturing, and design maturation phases Work closely with analysis, manufacturing, tooling, and cost engineering teams Create and update drawings, models, BOMs, and ECNs Perform configuration management and design changes Propose cost-effective, manufa...
