Affiliate Associate

We are seeking for a motivated Affiliates Associate to support our fast-growing influencer and affiliate marketing efforts. Influencer collaborations (KOLs & KOCs) are a key growth driver for our eCommerce business, and this role will directly contribute to increasing brand awareness and driving sales.

Job Description

• Source, onboard, and manage KOLs/KOCs affiliates across relevant platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Facebook).
• Support end-to-end execution of influencer collaborations, from outreach and negotiation to campaign launch and post-campaign follow-up.
• Coordinate with agencies and creators to ensure deliverables are met on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Track affiliate performance (traffic, conversions, sales) and prepare regular reports and insights.
• Maintain strong relationships with affiliates to drive long-term partnerships and repeat collaborations.
