<p>Role : Area Sales Head (Must have worked in You will be heading multiple Area Sales Managers who manage multiple Sales Executives (Sales Executives sit inside the Hospitals) in Hospitals. Area Sales Managers manage multiple Hospitals in each city.<br/><br/>- Lead the Sales as Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives<br/><br/>- Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year<br/><br/>- Building the AffordPlan brand within the defined hospital network zone<br/><br/>- Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.<br/><br/>- Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.<br/><br/>- Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches<br/><br/>- Preparing sales reports/power point presentations<br/><br/>- Managing reconciliation with the Strong sales experience in B2C services, preferably in BFSI, Insurance, Retail, Telecom, or Credit Cards.<br/><br/>- Analytical skills, particularly in data analysis.<br/><br/>- Team management experience, preferably with a focus on managing female staff.<br/><br/>- Retention and attrition control expertise.</p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
