Role - Assistant Area Manager(Team Lead)

engagement and helps them save on medical expenses. With a presence in 32 cities and partnerships
with 100+ hospitals, Affordplan is a funded startup planning to expand its portfolio.
Responsibilities -
- Analyze Work Processes: Understand and evaluate current workflows within the unit to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
- Identify Gaps: Continuously monitor operations to spot any gaps in service delivery, coordination, or patient experience.
- Develop Reporting Structures: Create and maintain effective reporting formats that provide clear visibility into unit performance, issues, and resolutions.
- Unit-Level Insight: Maintain deep knowledge of the unit's functioning — patient flow, staff responsibilities, peak times, and recurring challenges — to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Team Coordination & Support: Guide and support FCs in handling escalations, ensuring SOP adherence, and maintaining quality communication with patients and departments. 15-20 members
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use collected data and reports to support improvements and optimize processes across the unit.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in up skilling new or existing team members through guidance, performance feedback, and process clarifications.
- Escalation Handling : Be the first point of contact for escalations before they reach management, resolving issues quickly and professionally.
- Attire Monitoring : Ensure all FC team members follow the proper dress code and grooming standards as per hospital protocol, maintaining a professional and hygienic appearance at all times.
- Zimyo Attendance Follow-up : Regularly monitor attendance records on the Zimyo app, follow up with team members on missing punches or irregularities, and ensure timely correction and compliance.

Should have experience of Handling the team of sales executive
Must TL experience - 3 yrs
Max 35 age
Travel allowances will be given upto 5500 by company .
Will handle team of 12 - 13 members .
Direct sales experience only ( no prior experience of telelcalling )
