Role- Brands Onboarding Manager 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Identification
    – Shortlist and reach out to wellness brands aligned with Swasth's medically-influenced positioning.
    – Focus on pre-approved categories such as nutrition, preventive care, recovery, and wellness essentials.
  2. Commercials & Onboarding
    – Finalize commission terms and payment timelines in line with standard templates.
    – Ensure brands understand platform SOPs.
  3. Brand Relationship Management
    – Serve as point of contact for basic brand queries and commercial coordination.
    – Ensure brands maintain catalog quality and fulfill orders as per agreed SLAs.
