Experience: 4-10 years in ML/NLP
Location: Gurugram (5 days WFO)

Key Responsibilities:







  • Implement BERT-based NER for document processing
  • PDF ingestion and layout analysis
  • Human-in-the-loop workflow development
  • Data pipeline optimization
  • Model training and deployment
  • Integration with document processing service

Technical Skills:







  • ML/NLP: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face
  • Cloud ML: AWS SageMaker, Lambda
  • Data Processing: Pandas, NumPy, Apache Spark
  • Document Processing: PyPDF2, pdfplumber, Tesseract
  • APIs: FastAPI, Flask
  • Databases: MongoDB, S3

Must-Have:



  • Experience with Named Entity Recognition
  • Production ML deployment experience

Good to have:



  • Understanding of healthcare data formats
  • Healthcare document processing knowledge
