PROCALYXTM is an AI-driven procurement intelligence platform revolutionizing the healthcare supply chain. PROCALYXTM provides hospitals with the market intelligence to optimize procurement and empowers Pharma/Med Device companies with consumption insights for strategic market penetration.


  • Our Model: We are a pure information exchange platform, creating a transparent, efficient ecosystem for smarter, data-driven collaboration between hospitals and manufacturers.
  • Momentum: Launched in a pilot phase, PROCALYXTM is already demonstrating significant traction with both hospitals and major pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturers.


Key Responsibilities


  1. Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Pharma and Med-device companies, ensuring long-term engagement and successful partnerships at the CXO level.

Job Overview


The Engagement Manager will be responsible for driving product adoption, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical and medical device companies. This role ensures manufacturers maximize the value of the PROCALYXTM platform through data-driven use cases and deep collaboration, directly contributing to the platform's P&L performance.




  1. Strategic Value Creation: Analyze consumption data and manufacturer performance metrics on the platform to develop tailored, high-value use cases that drive sales penetration, resource allocation, and sustained platform transactions.
  2. Onboarding & Training: Lead the onboarding and guidance of new partners, ensuring they achieve maximum platform usage and maintain high platform relevance.
  3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Product team, Hospital Key Account Managers (KAMs), and other internal teams to enhance manufacturer engagement and refine platform offerings based on partner feedback.
  4. Revenue & Growth Stewardship: Closely monitor and drive the platform's financial performance (P&L) at the individual manufacturer level, ensuring strategic alignment and optimizing revenue streams based on adoption metrics.
  5. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, supplier challenges, and competitor strategies to continually strengthen and evolve manufacturer relationships.


Key Skills


  • Strategic Account Management & CXO Relationships: Proven ability to build and sustain high-level (CXO) strategic partnerships within the Pharma/Med-Device industry.
  • Deep Industry & Supply Chain Expertise: In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and medical device ecosystem, including pricing models, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain dynamics.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Expert ability to track, interpret, and leverage manufacturer performance data to accelerate platform adoption and transaction volume.
  • Communication & Problem-Solving: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to address complex manufacturer concerns and propose strategic, platform-based solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with internal product, data, and sales teams, ensuring a seamless manufacturer experience and continuous platform optimization.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA highly preferred). 
  • 5-7 years of experience in a Product, Marketing, or Strategic Account Management role within Pharma / Medical Device Companies.
  • Proven experience in B2B business development, CXO relationship management, and driving data-led strategic initiatives.
