Position: Visual & Graphic Designer
Experience: 2-5 years
Location: Mumbai & Gurgaon
Work mode: 6 days WFO


Role Overview


We are looking for a creative and performance-oriented Visual Designer to bring our wellness platform to life through compelling design across web, email, and digital channels. You will collaborate with the merchandising team to create assets that look great & drive engagement, conversion, and sales.





Key Responsibilities


1. Website & Merchandising Design


● Design banners, promotional tiles, landing pages, & themed collections


● Ensure consistency of visual language across wellness categories


● Collaborate with the merchandiser to visually translate seasonal campaigns, health occasions, and curated collections



2. Campaign & Marketing Creatives


● Create campaign visuals for CRM/emailers, and push notifications


● Design assets for festive launches, health awareness months and new brand drops


● Work closely with merchandising teams to align visual flow with messaging


3. Brand Consistency & Optimization


● Maintain visual identity and guidelines across formats and placements


● Design variations for banners, email headers, or CTAs to improve CTR and conversion


● Organize and maintain asset libraries, templates, and design files for efficient reuse


Key Requirements


● Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, Communication, or a related field


● Experience: 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce or consumer brand design


● Design Tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Canva


Bonus Skills:


○ Understanding of HTML/CSS for email or landing page design


○ Familiarity with wellness or health product brands


● Soft Skills:


○ Eye for detail and visual hierarchy


○ Fast turnarounds and comfort with iterative design


○ Collaborative mindset to work with merchandisers & marketers
