Affordplan's product Swasth enables its partner hospitals to drive more engaging patient life cycles while helping patients save on their medical bills. Affordplan works with 100+ hospitals across the country and is present in 20+ cities. Affordplan plans to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count.


Role Overview


We are looking for a creative, and execution-focused individual to lead website merchandising and drive content-led commerce. You'll be responsible for what users see on-site, how products are presented, and how content, offers, and design come together to drive engagement and conversions.


Key Responsibilities


1. On-site Merchandising


Own the layout, hierarchy, & content across home page, PLPs and PDPs


Coordinate weekly refreshes of banners, collections, and seasonal promotions


Prioritize visibility based on business goals


Ensure UX best practices around product discovery and search merchandising


2. Content-led Commerce


Plan and publish editorial content, buying guides, bundles, and health-driven themes


Integrate blog, video, influencer content, and wellness advice across shopping journey


Work to shape high-conversion storytelling (e.g., “Best Supplements for PCOS”)


3. Visual Communication & Campaigns


Work with design team to create banners, campaign assets, and email creatives


Drive merchandising for marketing campaigns


Brief and review visual content to ensure consistency in tone and appeal


4. Data-driven Optimization


Track user engagement, scrolls, bounce, CTRs, and conversion


A/B test placements, creatives, product arrangements, and content blocks


Optimize based on performance metrics - weekly, and campaign-wise


Key Requirements : 


Education: Bachelor's degree; specialization in marketing or e-commerce preferred


Experience: 3–6 years in e-commerce merchandising, digital marketing, or content (preferably in beauty, wellness, D2C, or fashion)


Tools: basic Figma/Canva, Excel


Creative Sensibility: Good aesthetic eye; able to guide design for performance


Analytical Skills: Ability to derive insights from data and make decisions


Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, and customer-obsessed
