Affordplan works with 100+ hospitals across the country and is present in 20+ cities. Affordplan plans to rapidly expand its portfolio this year doubling its hospital count.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead microservices transformation initiative

Manage cross-functional team of 12-15 members

Coordinate parallel service development workstreams

Stakeholder management and communication

Risk identification and mitigation

Sprint planning and delivery management

Technical Skills:

Agile/Scrum methodologies

Healthcare domain knowledge preferred

Microservices project experience

JIRA, Confluence

Understanding of AWS cloud services

Must-Have:

Experience with monolith-to-microservices migrations

Healthcare supply chain domain knowledge

Strong communication and leadership skills

Good to have:

PMP or equivalent certification preferred
