Affordplan - Solution Architect

Position:  Solution Architect
Experience:   8-15 years in enterprise architecture
Location:  Gurugram (5 days WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design microservices architecture and service boundaries
• Define API contracts and communication patterns
• Technology stack decisions and standards
• Security architecture and compliance
• Performance and scalability planning
• Code reviews and architectural guidance

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, Redis
• Cloud: AWS (EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, ElastiCache)
• Integration: REST APIs, GraphQL, Kafka/SQS
• Security: JWT, OAuth, RBAC/ABAC patterns
• Monitoring: ELK stack, Prometheus, Grafana

Must-Have:

• Proven experience designing distributed systems
• Healthcare/supply chain domain expertise
• Strong understanding of Domain-Driven Design
• Experience with event-driven architectures

Good to have:

• AI-assisted development experience (Cursor AI/ Claude code/ Copilot)
• Define AI development standards and best practices
• Review AI-generated code for architectural compliance
• Establish code quality gates for AI-assisted development
• Mentor team on effective AI tool utilization
