AFLW Player Development Manager

We are seeking a passionate and people‑centred Player Development Manager to join the Saints AFLW program in a full‑time, fixed‑term position. This role supports the personal growth, wellbeing, and career development of our AFLW players, helping create an environment where they can thrive on and off the field.

Reporting directly to the General Manager AFLW and working closely with key support staff, the position leads the design and delivery of individualised programs that strengthen player readiness, resilience, and life skills throughout their football journey. With a focus on relationships, education pathways, wellbeing, and transition support, this role plays a vital part in helping players navigate the unique pressures of elite sport and prepare for life beyond football.
