Description
- Provide exceptional customer service support post-sale, addressing any inquiries or issues.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving for the products they have purchased.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
- With back-office experience; handles 50% inbound and outbound tasks.
- Excellent customer service background in a BPO setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent listening skills; attentive to details and able to ask clarifying questions to support problem-solving.
- Proficient in computer use with strong typing skills.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
