Description

  • Provide exceptional customer service support post-sale, addressing any inquiries or issues.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and problem-solving for the products they have purchased.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
  • With back-office experience; handles 50% inbound and outbound tasks.
  • Excellent customer service background in a BPO setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills; attentive to details and able to ask clarifying questions to support problem-solving.
  • Proficient in computer use with strong typing skills.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
