Responsibilities

As an After Sales Customer Service Representative, or Customer Experience Specialist, your responsibilities include communicating with customers regarding their concerns on their Samsung product, scheduling an efficient route plan, communicating with the technical teams, and ensuring all job orders in the internal system are updated.

You will be providing excellent customer service which will involve a high level of multi-tasking and problem solving.

Qualifications

  • No age limit
  • Graduate of any business, computer or technical course (4 years or vocational courses) or has experience in customer service industry
  • Knowledgeable in basic English
  • Has basic computer skills
  • With pleasing personality
