In this role you support HaslerRail’s Customer Service Engineering team in Madrid, driving after-sales project activity, claims handling, and service processes. You collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver prompt resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction. You will manage transfers from project management, support lifecycle maintenance, and explore retrofit options for legacy projects. This position offers hands-on impact across cross-functional teams within a global rail technology leader.
