Job Description

Coordinate customers & factories, arrange return, rework and delivery of defective products.

Act as main point of contact for Customer Return Merchandise Authorization/ Return Material Authorization (RMA) and after sales quality issue.

Receive and review customer feedback, complains and return requests with support and process RMA cases in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with customer and factories on product returns, rework and delivery.

Develop rework plans/processes and guide factory rework.

Create work orders, track rework progress, handle on-site abnormalities; identify product defects and feedback for internal improvement.

Receive customer demands and support RMA processing in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate records for RMA cases, rework activities, and shipment tracking

Skills and Education Required
