**Role Description**:
is in charge of guaranteeing the satisfaction of the producers assigned as the first line of service. It is your responsibility to attend and manage with internal areas involved for each service required until its solution in a timely manner. You must maintain effective and cordial communication to build a satisfactory relationship with the producers under your care.

- Follow up and solve the different services that arrive through the mailbox, call and face-to-face visits, through the correct identification in the service catalog, ensuring that the producer provides the necessary requirements for the solution in the SLA's established for each service.
