Attached to the Service & Solution Division, reporting directly to the After Sales Director of Manitou Iberica. In the Spanish area (and Portugal), and according to the Service & Solution rules and objectives,the After Sales KA support/After Sales Support will have to:

• Manage and coordinate the technical assistance of KA via Dealers, Service Suppliers or directly.
• Manage the warranty, start ups...
