After-Sales Service Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site commissioning of company solutions (e.g., commercial kitchen ventilation, demand control systems, air distribution systems)
• Ensure correct installation and integration of controls, UV, water wash systems, and IoT-based monitoring
• Execute planned maintenance and emergency service visits according to service contracts or ad hoc requests
• Diagnose and repair faults in mechanical, electrical, or control components
• Recommend system upgrades or component replacements to enhance performance
• Provide technical support to customers (on-site and remote)
• Deliver user training and operational guidance to end-users, contractors, and facility teams.
• Record service reports, findings, and recommended actions in a structured manner.
• Aftermarket Sales Support – Collaborate with the service sales team to identify upsell opportunities (filters, parts, upgrade packages)
