Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall daily operations of the centre, including manpower planning, staff deployment, programme coordination, and ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Ensure smooth execution of academic support programmes, enrichment activities, and holiday programmes in line with the centre's curriculum and standards.
  • Lead, recruit, train, supervise, and mentor centre staff, including Student Care Teachers, to maintain high service and teaching quality.
  • Plan and manage parent engagement initiatives such as parent meetings, workshops, briefings, and centre events.
  • Handle administrative and operational matters, including student enrolment, attendance tracking, student records management, and fee/payment follow-ups.
  • Step in to support teaching and conduct lessons for lower and upper primary students (Primary 1–6) across core subjects (Chinese, English, Mathematics, and Science) when required due to staff absence or operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Child Development, Psychology, or related field (other relevant degrees may be considered).
  • Experience in education, student care, childcare, youth work, or related sectors.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and organizational abilities.
  • Able to step in and conduct classes in the absence of teachers.
  • Able to vet Chinese curriculum and lesson materials to ensure alignment with learning objectives and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and stakeholders.
