This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and effective operational management of the hospital afterhours. You will be the central point of coordination, providing clinical leadership and operational oversight to maintain excellence in patient care and team performance. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Supporting the planning, coordination, and evaluation of care delivery and hospital services to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal safety;

Ensuring compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and legislative requirements to uphold clinical best practice;
