About the team 


We are looking for a new colleague in our Aftermarket Development Team (CDCA31) at our location in Izmir, Turkey

What you can look forward to as Aftermarket Product Development Engineer (m/f/d):

  • Work and cooperate with an international project team and other R&D and testing locations of ZF worldwide. 

  • Develop a wide range of chassis components; suspension ball joints, tie rods, stabilizer links, control arms, rubber bushings. 

  • Preparation/organization of detailed design studies, product specifications/drawings, simulation and calculation. 

  • Project Management with the customer specific APQP needs. 

  • Create test specifications. 
  • Your profile as Aftermarket Product Development Engineer (m/f/d):

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering or other relevant engineering disciplines with experience in 3D design, preferably with CATIA V5. 

  • Experience, preferably with designing chassis components, steering, braking, chassis or engine system and other relevant mechanical and hydraulic applications in automotive industry. 

  • Basic knowledge of design requirements for products made of steel, aluminum, rubber materials, manufacturing and assembling technologies with a strong understanding of mechanical or automotive engineering.

  • Well structured, organized, efficient, accurate working method, teamplayer and communication skills in fluent English (written & spoken) & German is a plus.
