Afternoon Transport Supervisor - Full Time, Permanent

Wallenstein Feed & Supply Ltd. is looking for a full-time Afternoon Transport Supervisor to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing operational support to our night loaders and drivers through coaching and training and will also perform tasks such as loading trucks, moving trucks in the yard, shuttling trucks to and from the shop, loading bags and delivering urgent feed orders, as required. The successful candidate will support and assist night loaders and drivers with various problem solving in a kind and professional manner and work with the Transport team to optimize efficiency and provide consistent, positive, and solution focused communication.

This role will be a part of driver care program providing kind, fair and clear communication, and insight in a solution focused team environment.
