Job Description
BYD México is looking for an Aftersales Systems Engineer to support the development and optimization of our aftersales IT ecosystem. This role combines full-stack development, system integration, and business-oriented IT support, working closely with dealers, HQ teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient aftersales systems.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain BYD aftersales systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities, bugs, and logical errors.
Develop and maintain API integrations with dealer management systems (DMS).
Collaborate with product, QA, UX/UI, and project management teams throughout the development lifecycle.
