Aftersales IT Full-Stack Engineer

BYD México is looking for an Aftersales Systems Engineer to support the development and optimization of our aftersales IT ecosystem. This role combines full-stack development , system integration , and business-oriented IT support , working closely with dealers, HQ teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient aftersales systems. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain BYD aftersales systems , ensuring stability, scalability, and performance. Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities, bugs, and logical errors . Develop and maintain API integrations with dealer management systems (DMS). Collaborate with product, QA, UX/UI, and project management teams throughout the development lifecycle.
