Aftersales IT Full-Stack Engineer

BYD México is looking for an Aftersales Systems Engineer to support the development and optimization of our aftersales IT ecosystem. This role combines full-stack development, system integration, and business-oriented IT support, working closely with dealers, HQ teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure robust, scalable, and efficient aftersales systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain BYD aftersales systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.
• Identify and resolve system vulnerabilities, bugs, and logical errors.
• Develop and maintain API integrations with dealer management systems (DMS).
• Collaborate with product, QA, UX/UI, and project management teams throughout the development lifecycle.
