Key Job Responsibilities Include:
Support the day-to-day operations of the Ag location
Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members
Direct customer inquiries and assist when applicable
Ensure a world class customer experience by completing assigned workflows, with a focus on quality, maintaining Brand standards, and meeting established timeframes
Order and distribute basic office supplies for the location
Sort incoming mail, emails, fax, and distribute correspondence
Adhere to safety measures and report hazardous conditions immediately to the team leader
Assist in the proper care and maintenance of department equipment
Balance daily transactions and enter data
Accept payments on customer accounts
