Key Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the day-to-day operations of the Ag location 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to producers, customers, and fellow team members

  • Direct customer inquiries and assist when applicable

  • Ensure a world class customer experience by completing assigned workflows, with a focus on quality, maintaining Brand standards, and meeting established timeframes

  • Order and distribute basic office supplies for the location

  • Sort incoming mail, emails, fax, and distribute correspondence

  • Adhere to safety measures and report hazardous conditions immediately to the team leader

  • Assist in the proper care and maintenance of department equipment

  • Balance daily transactions and enter data

  • Accept payments on customer accounts
