About the Role

As the Care Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring excellence in care, compliance, and operational performance. You’ll lead and mentor a team of five dedicated Managers, overseeing day-to-day service delivery and strategic initiatives across the organisation’s residential and home care (HCP) programs.
