A leading aged care provider in Western Australia is looking for a compassionate Personal Care and Activities Assistant. The role involves providing personal care and facilitating meaningful social activities for residents.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care to residents in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Facilitate meaningful social, recreational, and wellbeing activities that support residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience in aged care settings is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive pay starts at $34.11 per hour with additional benefits including salary packaging and health insurance discounts.
