About the Opportunity

Troocoo are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join a residential aged care team in South-west regional NSW. This is a permanent full-time opportunity , ideal for an RN who values resident wellbeing, stability and working within a supportive, community-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents
• Administer medications and complete accurate clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with care and leadership teams
• Support compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and best practice

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 6-months experience in residential aged care
• Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to care
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
