A progressive Aged Care organization is seeking new trainees in Torquay to support the elderly while gaining a Certificate III in Individual Support. No experience is required, as full training will be provided. Successful candidates will receive an hourly rate starting from $30.39, with opportunities for ongoing employment after the traineeship. The role requires a great attitude, reliability, and a commitment to learning. Flexible working hours are available, with a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week.
