Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide comprehensive support to the Chester agency team and the Head of Office (HOO) within the Leisure & Trading Property team. This is a busy, office-based role within a dynamic agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support agents and fee earners in the preparation of sales documents, marketing materials, reports, web-listings and other client-facing documentation.

  • Office Management: Implement initiatives from HOO, Audits and company policy and regulation updates. File keeping of relevant office documents and communication with key parties to include auditors and policy makers.

  • Assist with the set-up, management, and servicing of client accounts and projects.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely delivery of materials to internal and external stakeholders.
