Role Overview

We are seeking an Agency Coordinator - Senior Specialist to support permit acquisition for construction projects performed within public and state rights-of-way. This role focuses on securing excavation, encroachment, and traffic control permits and serves as a key liaison between internal project teams and external permitting agencies.

The position supports a regional Construction Permit Organization and plays a critical role in ensuring construction readiness and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review complex construction plans and drawings with planners to identify required permits
• Determine appropriate internal resources to support permit acquisition
