About the Role

Responsible for delivery of revenue and activity targets assigned to his/her.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Targets include:
  • both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for new accounts acquisition; and
  • both revenue and activity goals needed to deliver the former for retention of existing business.
  • Build relationship with Financial Advisors assigned to him/her, which includes acting as CS liaison when it comes to:
  • Request pricing and proposal generation of proposal for customized plans. This includes pricing negotiation with CS Case Underwriting
  • Request of new business and renewal business set-up and issuance of initial/renewal billing for customized cases. Monitors policy issuance and delivery to agent, ...
