Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Strengthen Operational delivery to maximize Agency business/ Customer acquisition.
- Deliver Growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives
- Collaborate with Branch Operations Team to generate Customer Leads.
- Achieve target by Collaborating with Branch Operations team.
- Derive new initiative through the existing customer base / new untapped market to bring new sales.
- Leverage vectors to achieve targets.
- Manage Customer Parameters Persistency for sales done through
- Manage Product mix as agreed from time to time.
- Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives
- Compliance To ensure and function as per the guidelines laid down by Compliance Team
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication
- Determine clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.
- Ensure Segmented product-based campaigns
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines & policies
- Keep records of field Sales Calls and Home Visits
- Use appropriate solutions and up-selling methods
- Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution/ Taking References
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
