<div><b>Roles and Responsibilities :-</b></div> <div> </div> <ul> <li>Strengthen Operational delivery to maximize Agency business/ Customer acquisition. </li> <li>Deliver Growth through revenue retention and generation initiatives</li> <li>Collaborate with Branch Operations Team to generate Customer Leads.</li> <li>Achieve target by Collaborating with Branch Operations team.</li> <li>Derive new initiative through the existing customer base / new untapped market to bring new sales.</li> <li>Leverage vectors to achieve targets.</li> <li>Manage Customer Parameters Persistency for sales done through</li> <li>Manage Product mix as agreed from time to time.</li> <li>Track competition on products, structure, and initiatives</li> <li>Compliance To ensure and function as per the guidelines laid down by Compliance Team</li> <li>Build sustainable relationships and trust with existing customers through open and interactive communication</li> <li>Determine clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling fact-finding appointments and determining the extent of present coverage and investments.</li> <li>Ensure Segmented product-based campaigns</li> <li>Follows communication procedures, guidelines & policies</li> <li>Keep records of field Sales Calls and Home Visits</li> <li>Use appropriate solutions and up-selling methods</li> <li>Perform follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and query resolution/ Taking References</li> <li>Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools</li> </ul>
