Job Description

Manage the entire 'hire, hit, and pay' lifecycle for agency-financed programs. This includes overseeing the systems and processes that guide candidates from their signed offer through first-sale activation ('hit') to the timely disbursement of allowances upon meeting performance metrics



**Position Responsibilities:**



**Hire system management**



+ Configure and maintain the Hire module: ATS-HRIS interface, user roles, permissions and integrations.

+ Validate all new-hire data (personal details, banking info, tax forms) for accuracy before activation.



**Hit (Activation) Monitoring**



+ Track rookie “First Sale” and “Active Producer” milestones in the system.

+ Generate performance-driven alerts when activation TAT or production thresholds are at risk.
