Manage the entire 'hire, hit, and pay' lifecycle for agency-financed programs. This includes overseeing the systems and processes that guide candidates from their signed offer through first-sale activation ('hit') to the timely disbursement of allowances upon meeting performance metrics.

Position Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain the Hire module: ATS-HRIS interface, user roles, permissions and integrations.
• Validate all new-hire data (personal details, banking info, tax forms) for accuracy before activation.
• Track rookie “First Sale” and “Active Producer” milestones in the system.
• Generate performance-driven alerts when activation TAT or production thresholds are at risk.
• Oversee the Pay module: salary configurations, allowance entitlements and periodic disbursements.
